Job Description

We are looking for experienced System Analysts to join our client's growing technology team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Design

  • Design technical specifications based on functional and non-functional requirements, including security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and practical technical solutions.

2. Quality Assurance

  • Conduct and support End-to-End (E2E) integration testing to ensure products meet defined requirements and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain testing scenarios.

3. Product & Technical Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including: ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram)
  • Sequence Diagrams
  • API Documentation
  • Data Dictionary
  • Testing Scenarios

4. AI Integration

  • Identify and implement AI-based tools within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to improve development efficiency and productivity.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Business Analysts, QC/QA, UI/UX Designers, Developers , and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business and technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in developing Enterprise Applications or Core System Products .
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall .
  • Familiar with analysis and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and UML .
  • Good understanding of web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS , cross-browser compatibility, and UI concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and Web Services .
  • Experience with Git/source control and issue tracking or ticketing tools.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum development environment .
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Angular and programming languages such as .NET C# or Java is highly preferred.
