About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Development Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of projects and developments, from initial setup through to operational handover.

This role will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, budgets, logistics, site operations, and multiple stakeholders to ensure each project is delivered smoothly, safely, and according to business objectives.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in event operations, exhibition, hospitality, or project management , with proven experience managing vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of projects , from initial setup and development through to operational readiness.
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, resources, logistics, and budgets .
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure all project requirements are delivered on time.
• Manage and coordinate vendors, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders .
• Liaise with mall management and other property-related stakeholders regarding project requirements and site operations.
• Oversee on-site project execution, including installation, setup, operational readiness, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and operational standards throughout the project.
• Identify potential project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Monitor project progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring clear responsibilities and effective communication.
• Prepare regular project updates, reports, and presentations for management.
• Travel and/or temporarily relocate to different locations across Indonesia depending on project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in event operations, exhibition, hospitality, project management, or related industries .
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end projects and operational activities .
• Strong experience in vendor, contractor, supplier, and external stakeholder management .
• Experience working with mall management, property management, or similar stakeholders is highly preferred.
• Strong project planning, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel extensively and temporarily relocate across Indonesia based on project assignments.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
